If you would like to track your order, there are a few ways to do so. Please read both options.

Option 1
1. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Tracking Number to become valid.
After every order, a Thank You Email, and an SMS text are sent if you have provided them.
Text message is also sent out if you have provided. All details can be found there.
2. Find the information there, or return to the Thank You Page you've received directly after ordering, and view it there.
Option 2
- Please allow 24-48 hours for your Tracking Number to become valid.
- Copy your Tracking Number, (usually starting with 2 letters)
- Go to the website https://parcelsapp.com/en (and paste in your Tracking Number)
Here at TheKingKohn.com we make some items in shop, and we also outsource our items from suppliers around the world. Sometimes orders ship directly from our suppliers.
That being said, Free Shipping is always offered to compensate for any changes made out of our direct control. Please allow up to 30 days for any delayed orders. We are very thankful for our suppliers and we can assure our customers the suppliers can continue to be trusted to deliver any size upcoming orders.
